Export flight plans to PilotWizz

With the new PilotWizz version 1.0.7, available now from the AppStore, you may directly load your goVFR flight plans to your iPhone.

- start the PilotWizz App on your iPhone
- go to the "Route Plan" screen
- click on the "goVFR Route Downloads" link

An internet connection opens and you will see a login-screen of goVFR.

- login with your goVFR username and password
- click on the flight plan you wish to transfer

The flight plan will immediately be imported to PilotWizz.
Finished.

Hi !
This is my first post on this forum, i'm french so please pardon my mistakes.
I'm having trouble exporting my govfr flight plans :
i log in with the application (up-to-date)
and when i choose "open", just next to my flight plan, the application just shuts down, and there's
no trace of the plan afterwards...
If someone could help me, that'd be really great !

Apples new release is causing the troubles. We're in close contact to the developer of PilotWizz. He is working on the problem and will release an update soon.

I will post a comment as soon as the service is running smoothly again.

Hi Guys,

This is my first post but I have been using goVFR and PilotWizProz for a while now and I think both products are great. Well done all concerned!!

The only thing that I find a slight PITA (does that translate.. ) is that each time you use PilitWizPro to do a goVFR download involves having to enter username and password. Is there any way it could either pass / retain your login details, or, probably easier, allow you to select multiple flight plans to import with a single login?

Only a minor usability "feature" but it does get tedious if, like me, you prepare several flight plans at once in goVFR and then load them all at once onto the iPhone.

Very good system! an Export to Air Navigation pro on the Iphone / Itouch would be a good thing too, moving map jobby!

Glad you like the solution. Export to txt is already possible,so as long as you get it in on the other side... I agree that especially airnavigation would be a benefit to import directly. We take it on our list.
